Telecommunications

The Telecommunications pole is responsible for the transmission and reception of data between the satellite and the ground station.

‍The pole focuses on ensuring that information such as telemetry, payload data, and commands can be reliably exchanged throughout all phases of the mission. This involves designing and integrating the communication systems on the spacecraft and ensuring that the communication link is robust, efficient, and compatible with the mission requirements.

Key Roles

1. Design the communication between the satellite and the ground station : X-Band to downlink scientific data and UHF to uplink commands and downlink telemetry & housekeeping data
2. Design an in-house X-Band transmitter
