The Mission Design pole initialises and modifies the journey of the satellite from Earth to space and ensures each step is well-coordinated.

Key Roles

1. Develop a digital twin of the satellite, provide orbital simulation capabilities to the subsystems teams
2. Define mission objectives, plan operations (how to control the satellite), identify risks and define contingency plans.
